Founded by Kiefer Hermann, a third-generation tradesman, our company is dedicated to transforming homes with precision, professionalism, and excellence.
A Family Tradition of Craftsmanship & Dedication
Kiefer Hermann grew up in Oak Harbor, surrounded by skilled tradesmen and a culture of hard work. With deep family roots in construction and home improvement, his passion for building began at a young age. After earning his degree from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, Kiefer returned to Washington to carry on the tradition—gaining hands-on experience in excavation, remodeling, and general contracting before launching Hermann Home Improvements in 2020.
